Topic: Guide Training I had an amazing time on y’all’s Class III Rowing School on the Rogue this year. Your guides were phenomenal. Can you talk a bit about how you train them on interpersonal skills and how they learn to manage the off-the-river time so well? Topic: Rafting Shoes Teva has come out with a new water shoe It is the outflow universal I have used there other shoes in the past which I really liked. These are a combination of the universal sandal and a shoe. I bought a pair they are a great fit. What do think I know your big into shoes? Topic: Cold Weather Boating Hey Zach! Love the show I'm hoping to try and not be a fair weather boater this off season, but I don't have any experiece boating in the winter. Is there a checklist or process you go through that is different for cold weather boating? Are there any things a new boater should be aware of that might not be immediatly obvious. Or just tips for how to layer for optimal comfort that you've learned over the years. Your show has been a great asset for accelerating the learning curve of my first few years boating.
